Franklin is growing and growing, such a big, strong boy! Today he was standing in my lap watching Theo and laughing and laughing at Theo's antics, which of course had Theo and I in giggles, too. He has figured out that his hands belong to him, fascinating himself as he watches them open and close. He can grab toys when he chooses, and is getting more involved with manipulation of his toys. He has also discovered thumb sucking. He can spend more and more time holding himself up on his tummy, and likes to pull his legs up prepping for crawling. He spends a lot of his time engaging his stomach muscles, pulling himself up from slouching, and often tipping himself right over onto his tummy. In his activity chair, he steps his legs up and down like walking and has begun bouncing. He is incredibly easy-going and loves his family very much, and we love him very much too.
