Its finally here!

After a week of agony suffered by baby and parents, followed by another 2 weeks of waiting...Franklin's first tooth is here! His bottom middle right one. It seems to be capping off some momentous developments the last couple of days- he also started waving yesterday and has been playing with two toys at once, getting close to feeding himself mum mums (and getting real good and smashing them!), and is expanding his baby sound vocabulary. Not to mention being incredibly cute.

Franklin is 7 months old

Franklin is so much fun right now. He's sitting up completely on his own and loves to bang toys on his highchair tray and make all kinds of vocalizations. He remains completely enchanted by his brother and loves to grab at anything in arm's reach. Some of his favorite activities include bouncing in his chair and watching the outside world through the window or from his stroller. He has begun teething and learned how to really scream and cry, but most of the time is still very mellow. He's practicing rolling over a lot right now...mobility is on the horizon!
